Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, so whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’ll feel right at home.

Our expert instructors will help you get set up and guide you through the basics - just arrive 10 minutes early for a quick intro.

Plus, our studios are fitted with on-screen support to keep you on track throughout your session, so you can move with confidence at your own pace.

What can I expect from a class?

Reform Pilates classes run for 45 minutes and follow a structured program of five movement series, incorporating a mix of standing, sitting, planks, and more. With a new workout each day as part of a progressive 3-month program, you’ll build strength, confidence, and balance over time.

Our expert instructors can provide modifications and incorporate Pilates balls, rings, or dumbbells to help you challenge yourself at your own pace.
