Reform Pilates classes run for 45 minutes and follow a structured program of five movement series, incorporating a mix of standing, sitting, planks, and more. With a new workout each day as part of a progressive 3-month program, you’ll build strength, confidence, and balance over time.
Our expert instructors can provide modifications and incorporate Pilates balls, rings, or dumbbells to help you challenge yourself at your own pace.
