Once you are ready, you can join us online. Alternatively, you can join us by contacting your local club.
Time Freeze is available for a minimum period of 1 week up to a maximum of 4 weeks each calendar year at a cost of $5 per week. If you are within minimum term, Time Freeze is not classified as a full payment toward your minimum agreement period. You can freeze your membership on our Member Portal. To access the portal for the first time, click ‘Unlock account?’ and follow the prompts.
To cancel your membership, please contact your club on 1300 55 77 99. Our friendly team will talk through your membership details and discuss all suitable options.
If you wish to make a payment over the phone or discuss an overdue account, please call our billing provider, Debit Success, on 1800 681 827 or submit a Payments and Billing Enquiry here. To freeze your membership, you can do so on our Member Portal. To access the portal for the first time, click ‘Unlock account?’ and follow the prompts or submit a Member Portal Enquiry.
