Easy Yogurt Parfait

This Greek yogurt parfait is the perfect snack or breakfast option for those on the go. Simply layer Greek yogurt, your favorite fruits, and nuts in a jar, and you have a healthy and delicious treat that's easy to eat on the run and fuel your next group exercise class.     

1: Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt 

  • 1/2 cup of your favourite fruits (berries, kiwi, mango) 

  • 1/4 cup of nuts (almonds, walnuts) or meusli 

  • Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional) 

2: Method 

  1. Layer the Greek yogurt, fruits, and nuts in a jar or bowl. 

  2. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top if desired. 

  3. Enjoy!
