1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of your favourite fruits (berries, kiwi, mango)
1/4 cup of nuts (almonds, walnuts) or meusli
Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Layer the Greek yogurt, fruits, and nuts in a jar or bowl.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top if desired.
